Lady with Sistrum

The model was a photo of a limestone stela, late 18th Dynasty or early 19th Dynasty,
seen in _Hidden Treasures of Ancient Egypt_,edited by Zawi Hawass, page 129

The original sketch took about two hours. Then I was eight hours in fixing my bad sketch. After that, I worked out the color harmonies digitally and consulted that as I colored a print of the corrected version. To keep the linear aspect clear, I copied and pasted the clear black lines from the original corrected line drawing. A few more small adjustments, and I was finally pleased with it!
