No "Either-Or"

I found this quote at kemeticrecon.com:
“Either-or thinking in critical analysis is almost always problematic, but in analyzing
Kemetic thought, it is rarely, if ever, useful.”
- Maat, The Moral Ideal in Ancient Egypt, by Maulana Karenga

There is no "either-or". There is not "Left Hand Path" vs "Right Hand Path", for in truth we
have two hands. One is the path of Heka (magic), and one is the path of Religion.
Religion is about Relationship. If I desire ("I desire"= MY WILL), relationship with the
Gods, both hands come together. If I have decided the path of greatest happiness is the
path of service (to serve the cause of Ma'at, to understand that we are not isolated beings,
or as U.U.s word it "Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a
part."), then both hands come together.
