Quick Sketch

I created this tableau earlier with the view to creating a still life composition, with a pyramidal balance.
(Djehuty amulet by "On the Temple Steps", Ma'at statue is a reproduction of an ancient statue now at the Louvre.)
I hoped this would inspire further works of art. 
At least we have a quick sketch.
I forgot how good simply drawing feels. I hope I do more of it!

She is Complete!

Taking the design of the small Hathor I did in 2020 and changing the colors to more warm, this one is 28cm (11in.) wide.

Ankh is Finished!

In situ, three brass ankhs I had made via Shapeways....
Piece to the left is needlepoint I did of Nebthet
The scan shows the warpage.
(I didn't have it aligned right within the frame, a bit hard since the canvas wasn't quite large enough for the hoop.
Blocking it didn't quite fix all the warpage.)
A digital "fix", not sure if this really works....
Fortunately, the warpage isn't obvious when it's hanging.
