Entire face is done!
Now to decide on background, I'm thinking greenish gray, also what sort of detail do I want to put in the shirt?
(I wish I had worn a plain shirt. I have a muted turquoise silk shirt, that would have been perfect....)

Background is a combo of three colors: cool muted green #522, greenish tan #3013 and lime green #166
I played with all the potential shirt colors and decided to make it a deep greenish turquoise
(Despite not having worn a plain shirt, I can still decipher where the areas in shadow are....)
