From _Art for Eternity_, page 96 "One of two shawabtis in Brooklyn made for Lady Sati, this is among the few polychrome faience examples preserved. Because the working process was so laborious, it is probable that few such shawabtis were ever made. After the body was made in two molds, one each for the front and back, at least six different colors were inlaid separately by inserting colored paste into incised channels."
