The initial element was the 'brazier' above hir head. Then came the flame and its spark. Oops, I'd started too low on the page, for I sensed there was more coming underneath. So I redrew those elements. Next came the big ears, and the face showing aware listening. Next the two garment devices, suggesting also throat chakra and spine segments. The heart chakra like a flower blossoming, next. Then shoulders and elbows. Offering hands, rather flower like, came next. Then the bottom suggesting being weighted. Then circle element by ear, suggesting something being heard. Then signage. Then I sensed something over the other shoulder. I spent some time with this, considering also the title of the piece. But words did not seem right there, so I put arrows, suggesting a coming and going. The offering of the heart must be balanced with receiving.
