A couple of our statues have had a little upgrade:

Four years ago, Julia's statue of Ma'at got a mat:
I chose colors to match the beads of lapis lazuli, whitish aquamarine and brass.

It hides a secret:

And now my statue of Ma'at, which I've had since 2003, has a mat:

It, too, is in colors of lapis, white and gold.

It too hides a secret:

This statue mat also began with an earlier mat, one for Isis (aka Aset):

An ankh I made in 2024 happens to have the perfect colors.

Focusing just on the statue and mat...
(It was Julia's idea to use diamonds instead of square blocks.)

(Both of these statues are JBL brand, back when they made brass statues. The earlier Ma'at statue is a reproduction of one at the Louvre.)
