This is the Nebthet (Nephthys) medallion just before she went off to the foundry...
Now that Julia's portrait is done, it's time to get back to the clay.

Nit's (Neith's) medallion has since had a smear of clay put on it, but here the base is still naked.

Working out my ideas...

I wanted a different style necklace than Nebthet's medallion has. Nit's crown is relatively simple compared to Nebthet's more complex crown, hair and bow tie. So Nit's necklace really needs some zip! I hope I can actualize my vision. I'm feeling curious to see if I can, so hopefully this piece will be shaping up!
