"This stunning, serene-faced shabti holds the Osirian symbols of kingship and wears the khepresh or Blue Crown associated with Ra and known as the 'War Crown'."

"Of particular interest is the short text underneath the feet: 'Made by the servant, loved of his lord, the general Minnakhte, justified'. It is one of five shabtis similarly inscribed, indicating that they were made for Tutankhamun's burial as a token of respect by Minnakhte, and this accounts for the fine quality of the carving."
